Therefore A.G.E.S. provide full application training so that its customers can obtain the full potential of their investment. A telephone helpline is also available and for the first 12 months you will receive 5 upgrades completely free of charge. But unlike many other diagnostic products on the market failure to continue the upgrade subscription after the first 12 months does not incur a program ‘lock out’.
We do not believe in a one size fits all' policy and we are happy to discuss individual upgrade plans that may be better suited to your business needs and provide a more cost effective solution. Extended upgrade renewal period from 18 or 24 months can be arranged and are available without incurring any back charges for upgrades that have been missed.
